We are on the the Conference Finals today and if you missed out on our first round or second round simulations, you can find them HERE or HERE. The NBA is still trying to figure out how they will handle the Corona Virus situation but they have talked about potentially finishing our some of the season and single elimination playoff format at one site. With that in mind, let’s get to our one game Conference Final simulations.

Lakers – Clippers – The battle of L.A., we have been waiting for this matchup since last offseason. These two have traded off turns being listed the favorite to win the finals all season and it’s finally time to settle that debate. This is the first time in LeBron’s life that he has had a competitor that is better than him in his own town. Kawhi is better than LeBron and this game is going to be the passing of the torch. Kawhi led the Raptor’s championship run last year and now he’s playing on an even better team. The Clippers have already beat the Lakers in 2 out of 3 head to head matchups this season and Kawhi went off for 30 and 35 in those games. LeBron will put up a fight but Kawhi will do more down the stretch to move on to the Final.

Bucks – Raptors – The team with the best record in the league matching up head to head against the defending Champs. The Raptors have been able to maintain greatness in the Eastern Conference without Kawhi Leaonard this season and are currently the 2nd seed. I’m sure they would be confident going into this matchup with the Bucks but I hope they enjoyed their run while it lasted because they just aren’t going to beat the Bucks. The Bucks have won the two head to head matchups between these teams this season with final scores of 115-105 and 108-97. Giannis will lead the Bucks but everyone will contribute like they have all season and the Bucks will advance to their first NBA Final since the 1973-1974 season.

Next up will be our NBA Final Simulation.
