There’s no denying we had our ups and downs with KBO but we were actually hitting at 61% when MLB, NBA, & NHL started and we shifted our focus to that. There were definitely some bad beats and unbelievable late inning losses. Without those, we literally would have been hitting at over 70%. Not bad for the first year betting on KBO. It’s the playoffs now and we are ready to hop back in. Set your alarm clocks early!

LG Twins / Doosan Bears Under (9) – We have ourselves a good pitching matchup in this one with two guys that are capable of going deep into this game which means less bullpen action which is good for people betting the under. Min-ho Lee will pitch for the Twins and he comes in with a 3.69 ERA this season but 2.57 against the Bears. He only allowed 2 runs against them in a 4-3 win back in July. His ERA is also a bit inflated from one outlier start where he allowed 10 runs in 1.1 innings. He must have been hungover, it happens. Chris Flexen will start for the Bears and he’s only allowed 1 run in his last 26.2 innings. He’s gone a baseball marathon and only allowed 1 earned run during that stretch. It’s safe to say he’s primed and ready for this playoff start. Look for good pitching in this one and it should go under 9.
Result – WIN
Great start to the day with the early KBO Playoff win with the under! Let’s see what we have for Wednesday night MACtion!
NCAAF – MACtion
Kent State (-4) – Kent State will be at home tonight when they square off vs Eastern Michigan in the first MACtion game of the season. Eastern Michigan will be coming into this first game of the year looking like a much different team after losing their starting quarterback and running back from last year, along with two of their top tacklers from the defense. Kent State will be returning 11 starters including QB Dustin Crum who threw 20 touchdowns and just 2 picks last season. The Golden Flashes are coming into this game having covered 5 straight games against EM, and they appear to be the much more experienced team on both sides of the ball. I’ll take Kent State at home tonight.
Result – PUSH
Buffalo (-14) – Despite the late start to the season, Buffalo has plenty of momentum coming in to the 2020 season. They won 6 of their final 7 games last season and all 6 of those wins came by 3 scores of more. Buffalo ran the ball 70% of the time last season and averaged 250.5 rushing yards per game. Running backs Jaret Patterson and Kevin Marks are both back after each of them had 1,000 yard seasons in 2019. Northern Illinois was not good at stopping the run last season and allowed 191.5 yards per game. The Buffalo running game will be tough for Northern Illinois to stop tonight. The Buffalo defense held 4 of their final 7 opponents to 14 points or less. NIU averaged 22.7 ppg last season. Buffalo averaged 39.8 over their final 5 games last season. The Bulls should run away with this one. Literally.
