Happy Sunday to all of you guys! The Master’s will be the primary focus on the TV today but I will be playing in my first Monkey Knife Fight Homerun Derby Show Down today for those of you who want to join me! You can get an instant deposit match up to $50 HERE. You’re welcome.

You can play the challenge for a specific game or a certain slate of games. The way the challenge works is you pick three players and then select your home run total. There are three options for the home run totals with different payouts for each – 0.5 pays +150, 1.5 pays +300, and 2.5 pays +500. It’s the first time that we will be stepping into the box for this challenge so let’s go with the 0.5 home run total at +150. So we need these three players to combine for 1 or more homeruns today. First pitch is at 1:05 est!

The Players:

Rafael Devers – Devers will be facing Jorge Lopez who he has faced twice in his career and he has hit a homerun against him in both at bats. It will be 71 degrees and partly cloudy with a nice 7 mph breeze blowing out to right field for Devers who is a lefty. He hit this BOMB in Baltimore on Thursday:

Kike Hernandez – Kike also hit a homerun in the series Opener on Thursday and he just missed one last night. He’s never faced Jorge Lopez in his career but he’s the kind of guy who he can jump on a certain pitch from anyone and drive it. Kike is Top 10 in jersey sales as he enters his every day role for the Sox. I’m throwing him in the mix for today because he has been swinging it well this series going 5-15 (.333) with a homerun and a double. Kike also has power to all fields so he could drive one to right center where the wind will be blowing. Plus, if he hits a dinger we can play the song – “KIKE, DO YOU LOVE ME!?”

Anthony Santander – Santander just hit a homerun against the Red Sox last night and he leads the Orioles with 2 homeruns on the season. He is also second on the team in batting average. He’s never faced Nick Pivetta but he has 5 RBIs in 5 games against the Red Sox this season. Santander is working on his third straight season with double digit homeruns and he seems like the best bet in the Orioles lineup to go deep today!

Here are the homerun odds for those of you who don’t like monkeys or knife fights and prefer sports betting.

Rafael Devers (+320)

Kike Hernandez (+410)

Anthony Santander (+350)
