2-1 Tuesday for a 4-2 start to the week! We’ve got some day action today so let’s keep building on the winning week we have going.
MLB:
3:45 EST
Phillies (Sanchez) (-130) 🥇
The Phillies have lost 3 in a row which is the first time they have done that this season.
They are going to be facing Kyle Harrison who has been winning but he’s been getting knocked around in recent starts allowing 11 runs in his last 3 starts. The Phillies come in 5 for 12 against him as they have only faced him once and he only lasted 3.1 innings.
Cristopher Sanchez will pitch for the Phillies and he has a 2.52 ERA over the last month and he’s pitched 5+ innings in 4 straight starts.
Let’s take the Phillies to get back to winning today at a good price.
4:10 EST
Dodgers (Paxton (-122) 🥈
The Dodgers got back on track yesterday with the double header sweep against the Mets.
The Dodgers bats will face David Peterson today who they come in hitting .315 against in a pretty good sample size of 57 at bats. Today is Peterson’s first start of the season at the big league level he’s been pitching in the minors so far. The Dodgers hit 3 dingers against him and socred 6 runs in 6 innings last season.
5-0 James Paxton will take the ball for the Dodgers and the Mets have good numbers against him in the past and he’s coming off of his worst start of the season but I trust the Dodgers will be able to get him plenty of run support today to get the win.
7:40 EST
Royals (Lugo) (+114) 🥉
The Royals have lost 4 out of 5 to the Twins this season including the first 2 games of this series but they’ve got a great matchup tonight as an underdog so let’s take it.
8-1 Seth Lugo will pitch for the Royals and he’s rocking a 1.74 ERA this season. He faced the Twins earlier in the year and pitched 6 scoreless innings where he only allowed 2 hits.
Bailey Ober will pitch for the Twins and he’s 5-2 on the season but the Royals have been really good against him in the past and come in hitting .353 against him. Looking back to 3/31, the Royals beat him 11-0 and scored 8 fucking runs in 1.1 innings against him.
Take the +114.
